Who we are
At the heart of The Atelier Experience is Rachel Berry—an artisan, project manager, and creative problem-solver with more than 18 years of professional craft behind her. Rachel’s career began in the world of Production Arts, specializing in Props Design & Fabrication for regional and commercial theatre including Blue Man Group and Disney. Those years in the shop and backstage shaped her eye for detail, her love of storytelling through objects, and her ability to bring ideas to life with precision and imagination.
Along the way, Rachel discovered a second passion: event planning. The scope and scale of events—intimate gatherings, joyful parties, sweeping weddings, and polished corporate productions—offered a new canvas. They allowed her to merge her artistry with her organizational instincts, creating experiences that were not only beautiful but deeply personal. Seeing clients light up, watching guests fully immersed in the moment, and knowing her work helped shape that joy became a driving force.
